Workforce Development (WDI) is a private, non-profit agency dedicated to developing and advancing the workforce of Southeast Minnesota.  WDI has over a twenty-year histroy of serving thousands of people through career planning, pre-vocational skills including healthcare and Manufacturing Academies, job search assistance and customer service seminars.
